It comes time in ones life when they are expected to move out of their parents house and become something of themselves, or well that is what my impression on growing up was. Sitting here, it is really starting to make me realize how much time I really do have in Yellowknife left. I’ll be off in September, off to do better things in life, meet new people, learn new things, but most of all become who I think i want to be. I want to get out and explore, it is making me stomach sick thinking about my life is chastely approaching. Time to grow up vic, no more childish talk, no more games. Time to become more of a woman. The thought of child birth right now just makes my stomach curdle. Sometimes I am wishing away my youth, but one wise person once told me. ” Its a whole new world out there, don’t go wishing the future, live your life now.”
